In the second part of this interview, Lorne looks at how to remain true to yourself in a celebrity culture. One of the bigger challenges in life is learning not to try to be something you aren’t, even when the external pressures are on you to conform to how you “should” be.

When I was asked to keynote at a personal development event in America five years ago I developed a Scottish-American leadership model which encouraged people to combine their own cultural values with the values of other cultures they admired. Check this out by clicking here. This is the model I use to grow and develop  myself while still honouring my personal and cultural history.

Above all, know your strengths, play out of them. Know your weaknesses so that they have less of an impact on your life. Always be aware of possible blindspots.
